Order Cancellation & refund Rights

  • An order once placed can not be cancelled.
  • If a seller is, due to any reason, not able to fulfil an order, the same will be cancelled from the seller side and a refund will be processed.
  • We will use the same means of refund which a buyer has used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such refund.

  • All the goods will be sent by exhibition partners, and their individual return policies will apply.
  • PragatiE platform is used only as an interface and is not liable for any kinds of shipping or returns of products sold on the platform during any event.
